Here is what doctors say about us

We follow same principles doctors do – listen to our customers. Successful appointment reminders implementation is just a first step in the long term relationship we build. We are constantly seeking feedback and improving our process from ease of blending into practice workflow to making measurable impact on clinical outcomes.

It is my personal believe that technological advancements are driving improvements in medicine. It does not always take a million dollar investment to make a noticeable improvement. As long as the improvement is evidence based and measurable, every effort pays off. In the art of medicine patient care comes first. One of the big changes from using reminders is that patients come for scheduled procedure better prepared. As an added benefit, we use reminder reports to review our internal procedures aimed at reducing risk of liability exposure.

I was also pleasantly surprised by impact the Memento appointment reminders have made on employee satisfaction. Our front desk staff has become less stressed and available for other tasks.

Finally, the economic impact is easy to measure and comes down to a number that was definitely worth our practice while spent on embedding the automated reminders into practice workflow.

Now that we have it, I cannot imagine how we would function without one.

Once we added psycological testing to the practice workflow, quality of care had measurable improvements. Routine screening for anxiety, depression and alcohol is what every PCP should do. We just have no time and psycological screening gets bumped down on patient care priority list. GoToClinic's enabled us to screen with PHQ-9, GAD-7, and Audit with no burden on provider or staff. Front desk hands down an iPad with the questions and I see results in patient chart before walking into exam room. The results are easy to digest - color coded by risk severity. It takes me just a quick look to have a good understanding of whether there is a problem to address. This is a good medicine!

I am also getting a stream of positive comments from the patients. Patients are impressed with technological advances their doc is implementing to take a good care of them. They are happy to know I am getting a 360 degree view of their health. Once again, this is a good medicine!
